The practice, in the centre of Bologna, was taken over in 1994 by Dr. Vincenzo di Grazia.
In constant growth for 30 years, the structure today boasts a precious team of consultants and colleagues we’re extremely proud of.
Our goal is to work to the best of our abilities, to guarantee patients the same level of medical treatment that we would always like to be offered to ourselves. Our dentists, hygienists, assistants and admin staff work every day to this end.

Our team is made up of professional, highly qualified, and motivated dentists, selected on the basis of their medical skills, the scrupulousness of the services they perform and the respect and consideration they have for the patients they care for. They regularly participate in theoretical and practical refresher and improvement courses so that they can offer the best possible solutions.
Dr. VINCENZO DI GRAZIA

I graduated in 1990, with Honors, in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of Bologna. After 4 years working as a Consultant, I took over the practice in 1994. I take care of all types of treatments for adults and children, in particular implantology, periodontal surgery and prosthetics.
My daily commitment is to take care of my patients, with empathy and kindness, providing them with the best quality of care. My priority is to treat my patients as I would like to be treated myself, with the utmost respect and consideration for others.

I graduated with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Bologna in July 2024 and I’m currently attending the first year of the School of Specialization in Oral Surgery at the University of Bologna.

Dr. SILVIA VERGANTI

I graduated with Honours in 2003 from the University of Bologna and specialized in Orthodontics in 2013 at the University of Ferrara. I have been working with the surgery since 2016.
I deal exclusively with orthodontics using multibracket techniques, lingual orthodontics and Invisalign ©, so as to offer my patients, where possible, the opportunity to choose the course of treatment that best suits their needs.
Dr. SOFIA BETTINI

I graduated with Honours in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics in 2020 at the University of Bologna and in 2024 I completed my specialization in Oral Surgery in the Postgraduate School of Oral Surgery at the University of Milan. I have been working with the practice since 2022, dealing with periodontology and oral surgery.
My specialist training enables me to treat patients efficiently and safely to cure cases of periodontal disease and to perform both simple and complex oral and gum surgery.
Dr. TINA GASPERINI

I graduated with Honours in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of Bologna in 2023 and I have been working with the surgery since then.
I deal with conservative and restorative dentistry, endodontics, hygiene and prophylaxis.
My daily commitment is to take care of our patients, respecting their needs and putting them at ease, applying in the best possible way the clinical practices learned in my many years of university study.
Hygienists
Our hygienists are equally as thorough and precise in the field of dental hygiene and professional whitening and pay great attention to their patients. The work of our group of hygienists is essential for prevention and for their timely reporting of any suspicious situations or those to be treated immediately.
Dr. SELMA SKALLI

I graduated in Dental Hygiene in 2016 at the University of Verona and developed my profession in Trento, my hometown, and since 2023 in Bologna. I also graduated, in 2024 in Modern Languages and Literature. I speak English, French, Arabic and a little German.
I mainly deal with prevention, intercepting both dental and periodontal problems. I perform maintenance oral hygiene services, but also more in-depth hygiene such as root planing. I always accompany good professional hygiene with instructions for proper home hygiene and personalized advice on the most appropriate tools and products.
My main goal however is to make sure my patients feel comfortable, and ensure that the hygiene experience becomes a small moment of “self-care”, and above all as painless and enjoyable as possible.
Dr. FEDERICO FONTANA

I graduated with Honours in Dental Hygiene in Bologna in 2014 (as well as in Oriental History in 2004), and I have been working with the surgery since 2016.
My goal is to guarantee all patients careful and scrupulous professional hygiene, while at the same time adopting the utmost delicacy to always offer a comfortable and calm cleaning session.
As well as performing professional dental hygiene, an essential part of my work is to prevent the onset of any possible dental problems, providing the advice necessary for achieving optimal oral hygiene at home.
Dr. ALBA CLEMENTI

I graduated with Honours in Dental Hygiene in 2017 and my passion for the dental profession prompted me to resume my studies in 2020. As a result, I am currently attending the fourth year of Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of Bologna.
I deal daily with the prevention and treatment of caries and periodontal problems through dental hygiene services and professional sanding, and I am committed to educating and motivating our patients to correct oral hygiene at home, adopting a complete and personalized approach for each person in order to contribute to the well-being of their dental health.
Assistants and secretarial staff
The daily commitment of our internal staff is an irreplaceable value both for the attention they dedicate to our patients and for the support and reliability they provide to our dentists and hygienists. The heart and soul of the practice, our dental nurses, Alice and Simona, along with Helen, our Coordinator, work constantly to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily work, to guarantee top medical and organizational efficiency.
SIMONA CESARINI
Dental Nurse
I have been working in the surgery since 1989 and with Vincenzo since 1992. After a break dedicated to university studies to graduate in Educational Sciences, I returned to the team in 2017.
This long cooperation has allowed me to establish a relationship of mutual appreciation and trust with Vincenzo and our Consultants and above all with the patients who rely on our care.
Our aim is to understand the needs of our patients and to provide them with the best possible care and I commit daily to doing this.
CARMEN VOLPE
Dental Nurse
I have been working as an Assistant since 2001 and I carry out my work with enthusiasm, passion and dedication. I joined Dr. di Grazia’s team in February 2025.
I feel extremely proud to work in this practice, where attention to the oral health of our patients and courtesy are always put first.
HELEN FRANCES MORAN
Coordinator
I graduated with Honours in the U.K. in French and Italian Language and Literature in 1985 and, after working for four-years in France as a university lectrice and as a tour operator, in 1988 I moved to Italy.
I worked for 15 years in the international divisions of important Italian firms, in Florence and then Bologna, and later as a language consultant in schools and companies. My previous professional experiences have proved to be extremely useful in my recent move to the world of dentistry, where I take care of the admin and management of the practice.
I strive every day so that our patients can be taken care of in a pleasant environment, providing the necessary support to everyone to ensure the highest quality of care, safely and with peace of mind.
